* The ten new members of the EU still need passport or visa, as the case may be.
* EU citizens (except for the ten new members), will be able to enter Morocco with an ID card (not residence permit) for one-day excursions. Should the stay be of several days, hotel booking and stopover permit are needed. ID card must be valid during all the stay in Morocco. Expired ID card together with renewal supporting documents will not be valid.
* Generally, all citizens need a passport to travel away from their national territory, except for the above mentioned.
* To apply for the visa you need to go to Morocco embassies or consulates.

Visa application requirements to travel to the Kingdom of Morocco
  • Visa application (DV32) filled-in
  • Three photos
  • Passport valid for at least three months
  • A passport photocopy
  • Residence photocopy
  • Return ticket booking
  • Hotel booking or travel agency certificate (in the event of package tour) or an invitation.
