Ticket refund and Changing the booking Conditions
Ticket refund

Passengers may obtain a refund of the sum in the case of not having used the ticket in accordance with the following conditions:


Ticket

For refunds requested up to 7 days before the departure of the vessel, 10% will be deducted from the sum of the ticket.

For refunds requested less than 48 hours before the departure of the vessel, 20% will be deducted from the sum of the ticket.

Tickets presented for cancellation after the above-mentioned times will not be admitted.

In any case, the ticket refund will be governed by the method of payment made. If the ticket has been purchased at Nautas, the client may go to any of its offices to process the refund. In contrast, if a travel agency has issued the ticket, they must process the refund.

Changing the booking

Changing the booking is possible under the condition that the switch from one rate to another is feasible according to the availability of free places.
