Passenger Boarding
 To be able to board, each passenger will need to collect their boarding pass at Nauta's counters.
The boarding time for passengers is 30 minutes before departure . Remember that you must respect this boarding time to avoid problems when boarding. After this time, Nautas will not be able to guarantee successful boarding of the vessel.
We remind you that you can collect your boarding pass in advance, and that you can collect departure and return boarding passes simultaneously.
Vehicle Boarding
The boarding time is 60 minutes before the departure . The vehicle must have a corresponding boarding pass to be able to be accepted on board.
Remember that during the crossing the garage of the vessel will remain closed for security reasons. Therefore, we recommend that you to take any personal objects that you might need during the journey with you to the passenger room.
Once you have reached the destination port, do not start the engine of your vehicle until the exit gates are open.
All the vehicles must board with their driver. In case you want to load a vehicle without a driver, you should get in touch with our cargo department, since in this case your vehicle will need to be treated as such.
It is forbidden to load any kind of trailer without the vehicle that will pull it. |
